Specialized in the treatment of muscle pain and tension.
My contact with therapies began in childhood, intuitively, guided by my mother. From an early age, I developed a sensitivity to touch and an interest in understanding the body.
At 16, I was already applying techniques aimed at relieving common pain, which marked the beginning of my practical journey.
Before dedicating myself entirely to therapies, I worked for 18 years in the audiovisual market, with cinema, television, and advertising.
This experience developed my capacity for observation and interpretation — skills that today are differentials in my therapeutic care.
They allow me to understand beyond what is said and build truly personalized sessions.
Over the years, I have deepened my knowledge in different approaches such as relaxing massage, deep tissue, Myofascial Release, Shiatsu, and Thai Yoga Massage — the technique I identified with the most and which is today the basis of my work.
My training includes studies with international teachers and within the lineage of the Sunshine School of Chiang Mai, a world reference in Thai Massage and Osteo Thai.
Each session is built according to what your body and mind need at that moment, focusing on the origin of tensions — not just the symptoms.
With over 15 years of practice in bodywork, my focus is to act on the myofascial system, releasing physical tensions and psychosomatic patterns to generate consistent and lasting results.
My mission is simple: to help you live with less pain, more mobility, and more balance in your daily life.
